Heaven aids those who ‘ask’

Q: My nephew can’t sleep without nightmares throughout the night ~ Help! Melissa

A: Regardless if it is spirit activity, the dark night and or a bad dream, please have the child repeat a prayer with you before going to sleep. Don’t just say the prayer for him, because that won’t teach him anything. Heaven aids those who ‘ask’ for assistance  ~ even a child! I recommend saying words from your heart such as,  ”I welcome into my sacred space, all angels of white light to surround my bed, my room, and my house to help me fall fast asleep, with sweet dreams, throughout the night till mornings light in my own bed. And I know I’m safe in the presence of angels.” This may not work right away, but with consistency and practice, the child will sleep, undisturbed, throughout the night! My daughter is living proof!
