Sherry Gaba, LCSW, is a Psychotherapist and Life Coach who has helped thousands of people
Sherry specializes in individuals, couples, family, and group therapy and helping her clients find purpose in their lives. During filming of the series, Sherry used her trademark sensitivity and compassion to help troubled cast members as they transitioned into their new sober lives with psychotherapy and life coaching tips.
Sherry most recently has appeared on CNN Headline News with Jane Velez Mitchell, CNN Prime News, E!News, and a host of other news shows, as well as blogging on Deepak Chopra’s Wellness Wire, Beliefnet, and the Huffington Post. Cathleen O’Connor is an inspirational speaker, author, life/business coach and entrepreneur with a PhD in Metaphysical Counseling who provides workshops and mentoring services to individuals and organizations. As a former corporate executive and owner of StoneWater Sanctuary, a holistic wellness center in Westchester County, NY, Cathleen focuses on issues of work-life balance and business entrepreneurship. Through her alter ego as The Balance Whisperer, Cathleen humorously and insightfully blogs about work-life balance and women’s empowerment. She is the author of two books; Harriet Takes the Wheel, a fable about the work-life balance issue so prevalent in and out of corporate America today and The Everything Law of Attraction Dream Dictionary: An A to Z guide to using your dreams to attract success, prosperity, and love (Adams Media, 2010). In 2011 she co-authored, with 25 other women writers, a best-seller (US, Canada, Germany) with Inspired Living Publishing entitled Embracing Your Authentic Self.
